Statement of Purpose

To secure, compile, and preserve data, documents, journals, pictures, clippings, artifacts, property, and all pertinent information of the early-day history of this area

And to acquire, catalog, store, inventory and exhibit in appropriate meaningful ways all items of interest to visitors and of educational value to visitors

And to provide information, pictures, documents, data and journals and other materials for use by students, historians, genealogists and scholars.
